What happened to the beginning of the "rapture"? If I'm still here, and you're still here, does that say something about US? Why do people think that this "end time" can be and should be predicted? If Jesus didn't even know, what makes us think we can figure it out?
What is your view of the coming kingdom of God? Are we truly in for an "evacuation plan", or does scripture support more of a scenario which as Heaven and Earth meet?
I can't understand why some people feel the need to understand everything and have a logical answer for everything! Some things are not meant to be understood, for some questions there is no answer! At least that is how I see it! I don't believe that God intended us to spend our lives trying to explain all the wonders of this world, rather to enjoy and preserve them! The question should not be, When will the world end, rather, Will I be ready anytime?! I wonder if God is thinking... YOU COMPLETELY MISSED THE POINT!! I DIDN"T INTEND FOR YOU TO CALCULATE THE DATE, BUT TO BE READY!! Well, that's just my humble opinion... Sometimes it's kinda scary to think of how it all might end but I just pray that I will be ready and have nothing to fear.
ReplyDeleteWe tend to miss the point a lot! Some people are so preoccupied with where they will go (heaven or hell) and lose focus on the life they should live now. People fail to realize that we are seeing manifestations of heaven and hell everyday here on earth. What makes us think it has ALL to do with after we all die and the earth blows up...the bible doesn't seem to indicate that kind of picture. Bible writers had more imagination of what it was about than we give them credit for.
